He told her to go after the hearing to his office on a lower floor of the courthouse, where the warrant was served.

Cossey is not alleged to have helped plot any attack, Castor said Thursday night.

"I don't see any evidence that leads me to conclude that she knew that this attack was planned or anything of that nature," Castor told CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360."

But he said he thinks charges against her are justified.

"I think you have a parent who has fallen down on the job in supervising the child, perhaps indulgent on the child because she knows he has issues," he said before her arrest.

Police also found seven hand grenades, four of them operational, said Joe Lawrence, deputy chief of the Plymouth Township police. The teenager said the two .22-caliber weapons were stored at a friend's house.

If the teen is found delinquent, he could face long-term detention and counseling. The boy's father also could face criminal charges pending an investigation, police said.

In addition to the weapons, authorities found a hand-painted Nazi flag and videos about the Columbine more...

This just boggles the mind. I don't know what kind of lifestyle these people lead but who thinks a kid should just have a bunch of weapons at his disposal. These parents are lucky their little nut was stopped before he destroyed his life. At least now maybe he will get some help, although that seems unlikely in our Justice system where we don't give a fuck about criminals, even if they are kids.
His parents though are truly responsible. On August 28, 2007 Mia filed a police report about stolen property. She believed her roommate, Galareka, was going through her purse, and stealing from her. Police were unsure of when she returned.

At 5:45am September 5th, police responded to a call about a fight at the dorm. Police took both girls, who were injured to the hospital. In Hammond Indiana Edie Bolanos, in her mini-van and accompanied by four children, decided rather than wait for a freight train to pass, she would race it. This is what happened next:

Video from Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District cameras shows that in a 65-second span, Edie Bolanos tried to beat an eastbound freight train by turning into a parking lot, racing east to overtake the train, and then making a hairpin turn to continue south on Johnson Avenue across the tracks.
Racing to beat the eastbound freight train, she was probably shocked when the approaching west bound train that hit her, striking the drivers side full force. The van was then spun into the path of the eastbound train she was trying to beat and struck once again.

Two of her children, Crystal, 11, and Anahi, 8, were ejected from the minivan and were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other children were hospitalized and are in stable condition. Edie Bolanos is hospitalized in critical condition.

Personally I will praying that Ms. Bolanos makes a speedy recovery, so that she can spend the rest of her days in prison contemplating what she's done. I feel so sorry for the kids that survived, they have to live with the memories of the wreck and to live without their siblings. They also have to live with the knowledge that her mother is the one who killed them.

I really hope none of her relatives or friends, or anyone else who knew her comes out talking about what a good mother she is, because obviously not. There is nothing I can think of that could possibly justify racing a train, let alone while your van full of children or any other passenger.
Feel free to join the forum discussion :)NonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4234808747012050479.post-64835404466016205562007-09-04T13:20:00.000-07:002007-09-04T13:34:28.159-07:00Father Arrested After Leaving Toddler in Car at Brothel Parking Lot

Tuesday, September 04, 2007

By Sara Bonisteel
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,295695,00.html

Storey County Sheriff's Department

Lucien Hoffman

PATRICK, Nev. — An Oregon rugby player remains in jail Tuesday after being arrested on charges he left his 2-year-old daughter in a vehicle in the parking lot of a Nevada brothel on a 95-degree day.

Lucien Hoffman, of Bend, Ore., is being held in the Storey County Detention Center in lieu of $40,000 bail on charges of child neglect.

Police arrested Hoffman early Sunday night at the World Famous Mustang Ranch brothel in Sparks, Nev., after a security guard found the child crying inside the car, according to Storey County Sheriff's Det./Sgt. Kenneth Quirk.

Hoffman, a wing for Bend Rugby who goes by the nicknames Luke and "Torpedo," had been attending a pool party and barbecue at the brothel, a co-sponsor of a Labor Day weekend rugby tournament in Reno organized by the Reno Zephyrs Rugby Club.

A handful of Bend Rugby team members had driven to the brothel party in a camper van, according to the club's president, Matt Burke. Neither coaching staff nor team captains attended the event, he said.

"We won the tournament, so I think half of the people in the club got in their cars and started driving home and a few went to the after-tournament function to receive the trophy," said Burke, who did not attend the Nevada tournament.

Quirk said that had the child been noticed by the brothel security guard, Hoffman's vehicle wouldn't have been allowed in. When security guards did hear her crying and couldn't locate her parents, they contacted the sheriff's office and took the child inside the brothel.

"It was 95 degrees out at that time of day, and you have to figure another 30 degrees on top of that inside a vehicle even with the windows down," Quirk said.

According to the Reno Rugby Club's Web site, the brothel pool party was an after-event for its first "Biggest Little Rugby Tournament in the World," a two-day competition drawing 14 rugby teams from around the West Coast.

Hoffman attended the tournament with his girlfriend, a woman who is not the mother of the 2-year-old toddler. Hoffman shares joint custody of the child with her biological mother.

"It was probably not a good decision to take the child [to Nevada] in the first place, but basically it was sort of like a vacation for them," Burke said.

After Hoffman's arrest, the toddler was treated for dehydration and released to the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services. She was returned to her mother in Bend, Ore.

Burke called Hoffman a good father who made a bad decision.

"We know Luke to be a good father," he said. "He's not a neglectful person or an irresponsible parent. It's unfortunate that he made the decision that he did to put here in the car, but I'm sure the decision wasn't arrived at in a neglectful manner or that he was intentionally being neglectful."

*****

How do you arrive at the decision to leave your 2 year old daughter in a hot car while you visit a brothel in a non-neglectful manner? The baby also has a fractured skull, broken arm and pneumonia, police said.

Elizabeth Reta, 27, was arrested Thursday and booked for investigation of felony child abuse.

Her boyfriend Juan Antonio Sanchez Jr., who surrendered to police later that night, was also arrested on suspicion of abusing the child, officials said.

It was not immediately known if Reta and Sanchez faced additional charges now that they boy had died, police Sgt. Joseph Giallo said Monday.

Reta had told police she gave the baby a bath, and then used the cotton swab to clean his nose because it was itching, police said. She said she didn't know the swab had been used to clean a methamphetamine pipe.

It wasn't clear when the baby suffered the broken bones. That is not a good feeling.
I know it's easy to see Lindsay Lohan's name attached to something and give a sort of pre-emptive inner cringeI started to feel uncomfortable from the start.

Very early on in the movie we see Lindsay Lohan giving the most unconvincing stripper act I've ever seen...Has this girl ever been to a titty bar? Do a little research before hand, and if you're playing a stripper but you never get nekkid, just leave out the stripper scenes and allude to your former profession.

Next we see that stripper girl is a "promising writer" tho she seems barely able to read out loud, and a budding musician, which is equally unconvincing. What the hell is going on here? we wonder...a whole hell of a lot actually. Some cockamamie bullshit or so later it all unfolds. This, my friends, is no sixth sense, it broadcasts it's "twist" almost from the start.

No finesse, subtlety seems to have been considered a four lettered word on this production.

I could have forgiven Lindsay's flawless wooden delivery. Seeing her as a double amputee almost seemed to make up for that. The double amputee sex scene....mind boggling. All of this could have been forgiven; but the utter inanity, the relentless disregard for intelligent story telling gave me that dirty feeling inside.

WHY? why would someone make this movie. It is made a much more horrorful experience as you feel the sincerity with which this drivel was made. It has that love-child feeling, that feeling that the players in this fiasco really believed in what they were doing, and that they were approaching it with all the seriousness of making an actual good movie.

Even the ending was worthless. Although it did hold a bittersweet allure, in that it meant the caca posing as art was over. Utter crap. Everyone who was involved in this shit fest should be flogged...except for LiLo...forgive her oh lord for she knows now what she do.NonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4234808747012050479.post-76196892720202943042007-08-10T13:45:00.000-07:002007-08-10T14:37:51.251-07:00Love Thy NeighborIn 1999, Steven and Donna Graham started having marital problems and by 2000 Steven had moved out of the house that he owns with his wife, and into a car parked in the back yard. Power siphoned from the house via an extension cord allows Steve to enjoy the pleasures of television, radio and an oscillating fan from the comforts of his home...i mean car.

Seems like the ideal life doesn't it? I mean Steven doesn't seem bitter at his circumstances, he understands that his wife didn't want to support his no job having, laze around the house doing nothing lifestyle.

Steven eats, sleeps, relaxes, watches tv, listens to loud music and plays his guitar in the car...his neighbors, the Sanders, say everything one does in their house, Steven does in his car or the back yard. And therein lies the problem. According to the Sanders for the past 7 years Steven has been living in the backyard and using said black yard as his toilet. He burns waste that wafts with the aroma of burning excrement.

They have called the police on him several times and are trying to get a law passed to prevent this type of living arrangement. The Sanders had been the only neighbors that had a problem with Steven's uncommon living situation, but they say all that is going to change as more families with children move into the area.

For the record Steven, who according to the Sanders never goes into the house, says that he does not use the backyard as his toilet facilities...
"No, I go elsewhere," he said. You shoot it out of course.
Today I read a story that really pissed me off.

In Noble, Oklahoma a resident called the police to report a large snake in a tree.

Why they gave a damn about a snake being in a tree was beyond me. Two officers responded to the scene and tried various means to dislodge the snake, but the snake remained firmly lodged in the tree, hissing at the people who were messing with it.

Then one of these geniuses decided that they would shoot it out of the tree. They shot once and missed...shot a second time and they made a killing. It wasn't the snake they managed to kill though, it was 5 year old Austin Haley who was fishing at a nearby lake with his Grandfather. Of course they are "investigating". They haven't released the cop who fired the shot's name. He's on PAID administrative leave.

So you shot a little boy and you're on a paid vacation. Sweet.

If a regular person had killed a child trying to shoot a damn snake out of a tree they would be sitting in a jail cell charged with negligent homicide, abuse of a child resulting in death, involuntary manslaughter, with their name, address and mugshot plastered all over the news...but this cop, who should know better, kills a child and is on a paid vacation with his identity protected. To me that is absolutely sickening.NonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4234808747012050479.post-87843250366959353162007-08-05T08:08:00.000-07:002007-08-05T08:09:52.885-07:00Ownage *graphic and disturbingNonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4234808747012050479.post-51755323871128750002007-08-04T16:54:00.000-07:002007-08-04T16:55:53.511-07:00video clip: My Sister is a CrackwhoreNonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4234808747012050479.post-29464697239906975242007-08-03T22:04:00.000-07:002007-08-03T22:34:32.021-07:00The Missing: Michael Austin Davis (26)Michael Austin Davis caught a cab one day, just a little over a month from today, and he hasn't been seen since. When he disappeared on June 25, 2007, Michael was headed to pay some outstanding tickets and get his car out of impound...he had $1400 in cash on his person. The cab driver recalls Michael, remebers picking Michael up, but where he left Michael he cannot recall.
Michael is 5'8" @16o, brown hair, blue eyes. His smile is stellar and he has the most adorable dimples. He was depressed and under stress at the time that he went missing and his family has reason to believe that he may have headed to Georgia. His family wants him back, want to know that he is ok.

If you think you've seen or know Michael please contact:

JSO Missing Persons Unit (904) 230-2627 or
Michael's Family (904) 375-1900 or (850)340-0440NonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4234808747012050479.post-38086478690746188372007-08-03T18:07:00.000-07:002007-08-03T22:01:31.687-07:00Hush Little Baby Don't You CryThis has been a heartbreaking week. Mothers leaving their children in cars, one so she could go to work after the baby sitter fell through, another mother forgot to drop her baby off at the daycare center before going to work. Both parents returned to their cars to find their children dead from the heat.
We also have some drugged up wrecks who's children ingested all sorts of dangerous drugs, such as the mom who bought 10 hits of LSD that came as Sweet Tarts. This contender for mother of the year passed out and when she woke up her toddler was holding the pack and saying how much she likes that type of candy. She'd eaten two.
Or the mother who's twin babies were given Ecstasy and Methamphetamine. She's on the run now and her infants are in child protective custody. I really have to say I think they are probably better off without her in their lives, hopefully she hasn't ruined them forever by giving them poison.

And these stories only scratch the surface. What the hell is wrong with people?NonyMousehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11583472598907630418noreply@blogger.com0
